Setting the Standard in ELD.

IntegriScan offers a portable, low-voltage Electronic Leak Detection (ELD) solution for detecting breaches in roofing and waterproofing membranes.

  • Tests for leaks in most roofing membranes and waterproofing coatings
  • Functions on nearly all membranes including TPO, PVC, EPDM, Mod Bit, Fluid Applieds, Traffic Coatings, etc
  • Tests all exposed membranes, including verticals, transitions, details, & penetrations
  • Requires minimal setup; no perimeter wire needed
  • Verifies water tightness during installation, allowing immediate repairs
  • Locates breaches in existing roofs with an active leak
  • Proven to be more reliable than vector mapping, flood testing, and high-voltage testing
  • IntegriScan Electronic Leak Detection Scanning Equipment Kit, including the scanning platform and vertical scanning roller.

Features

  • Tests both non-conductive and semi-conductive membranes such as black EPDM
  • Meets ASTM D8231 and ASTM D7877 standards
  • Tested and proven; FM-approved
  • Made in the USA

IntegriScan tests for leaks in most membranes.

The scanning platform tests horizontal surfaces, including semi-conductive membranes, such as black EPDM.

The vertical roller (VSU) tests tricky areas, including verticals, transitions, and details around penetrations.

Together, they provide complete Electronic Leak Detection coverage for roofs, walls, and tricky details — without the setup hassles of older methods.

How Does IntegriScan Work?

IntegriScan™ uses a low-voltage current to detect water paths through a roof or waterproofing membrane. When water finds a path to the building ground, the system pinpoints the exact location of the breach with an audible and visual alert.

New Conventional Roofing (Quality Control Testing)

New conventional roofs and re-roofs require the addition of a conductive medium. Check out TruGround® Conductive Primer to make any roof compatible with ELD.

Existing Roofing (Forensic ELD Testing)

In an existing roof with an active leak, moisture intrusion within the assembly carries the electrical current to the conductive deck (concrete, metal, etc).

Waterproofing (Quality Control Testing)

Inverted waterproofing installed directly to structural concrete is a valid ELD assembly and does not require the addition of TruGround®.

Bottom Line

IntegriScan™ is the most advanced, accurate, and reliable method to ensure your roofing and waterproofing membranes are watertight.
