Experts in Leak Detection
Trust our certified experts worldwide to handle Electronic Leak Detection Testing, so you can stay focused on what you do best.
- We test for breaches in roofing membranes and waterproofing coatings
- Tests most roofing membranes including TPO, PVC, KEE, SBS Mod Bit, and EPDM
- Functions on most waterproofing coatings including Hot Fluids, Cold Fluids, Traffic Coatings, etc
- Our equipment is capable of testing all exposed membranes, even the hard-to-reach places like verticals, transitions, details, and around penetrations
- Our experts can verify water tightness during installation, or locate breaches in existing roofs with an active leak
How Does IntegriScan Work?
IntegriScan™ uses low-voltage electrical currents to detect water paths through a roof or waterproofing membrane. When water finds a conductive path to the building ground, the system pinpoints the exact location of the breach. The system alerts the testing expert, so it can be repaired quickly and easily.
New Conventional Roofing (Quality Control Testing)
New conventional roofs and re-roofs require the addition of a conductive medium. Our certified Electronic Leak Detection Testing experts can make any roof compatible with ELD testing with TruGround® Conductive Primer.
Existing Roofing (Forensic ELD Testing)
In an existing roof with an active leak, moisture intrusion within the assembly carries the electrical current to the conductive deck (concrete, metal, etc), allowing our experts to easily locate the source of the leak.
Waterproofing (Quality Control Testing)
Inverted waterproofing installed directly to structural concrete is a valid ELD assembly and does not require the addition of TruGround® to be compatible with IntegriScan.
