Completed in 2022, the new 49-acre TxDOT Headquarters is home to over 2000 agency employees.  Construction included 5 structures comprising of an office building, a parking structure, materials lab, and a print shop.  Detec’s TruGround Conductive Primer was installed below the PVC roof membrane, enabling ELD testing.  Detec Systems performed IntegriScan testing, locating an average of 1 breach for every 900sqft tested.  Most breaches were due to trade damage.
