Detec Systems was commissioned to install a PermaScan-C fully monitored leak detection system on a high end modular residence with a green roof.  We installed our MDT grid while the modules were constructed by the manufacturer in their factory.  Once the custom modules were shipped to site, we connected the system to our Construction Monitoring box.  Throughout the remaining construction, our system detected moisture issues such as condensation due to thermal bridging and scuppers that had allowed leakage during heavy rain events.
